1. Program Overview
By enrolling in this Program (the "Program"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Program includes access to course materials, support, and resources as outlined at the time of enrollment.

2. Payment Terms
Participant agrees to pay the full amount invoiced and agreed upon at the time of enrollment. This amount shall be specified in the invoice provided to the Participant and acknowledged at the time of purchase. Full payment is required regardless of Participant’s level of participation, engagement, or completion of the Program.

If Participant selects a payment plan, Participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in the payment plan, without exception. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the Program until the account is brought current.

3. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to Participant's change of mind, financial hardship, or inability to complete the Program.

4. Collections and Legal Action
If Participant defaults on any payment obligation, the outstanding balance may be referred to a collections agency, fund recovery company, or pursued through legal action. Participant agrees to be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the recovery process, including collection fees, legal fees, and court costs.

5. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, templates, and documents, are the intellectual property of the Company. Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any Program materials without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer
The Program is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. Participant is solely responsible for implementing any strategies learned and for their own success.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Participant’s participation in the Program.

8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or internet outages.

9. Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By enrolling in the Program and completing the payment process, Participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
